2024 was a great year!

Auburn University Office of Audit & Compliance. Dec

"The Invisible Medal"

Colonel Richie had us laughing, smiling, and also crying happy tears at times. Nearly everyone indicated his talk was the most valuable, and one team member wrote, "Loved getting to learn more about him as a person and truly valued the insight he shared." I can confidently say that our team members will forever consider the connections between success and significance in very different ways going forward. Truly inspiring!

“Colonel Richie inspired our team to action through his Teams Care lecture. He brought learning to our staff through his engaging storytelling in a way that no one realized they were learning life lessons but rather listening to a story. He and his stories are easily relatable in multiple aspects from work to home and family to personal growth and wellbeing. He has breathed new life into our staff and renewed their purpose.”    Jamie T. Nursing Supervisor

The Invisible Medal & The T-E-A-M Principle

Chris' inspirational storytelling captivates his audience, leaving them asking for more. Our team found immense value in reflecting on our life and leadership crucibles, promoting a deeper examination of our purpose and priorities in leadership. Through introspection into our personal beliefs and their impact on our leadership styles, I discovered my own non-negotiables and found better ways to support my team.
