My passion is helping people achieve their full potential. Throughout my leadership journey, I have studied, taught, and filled leadership roles. I am a skilled keynote speaker, consultant, mentor, panelist, conference break-out speaker, workshop facilitator, instructor, and author. And still learning.
When you make a difference in someone's life, you will have earned the greatest of awards.
The Invisible Medal.
My talks teach leadership lessons through storytelling. Participants will reflect on their personal experiences and learn how to develop their own unique leadership philosophy.
The Invisible Medal: Leading with a Higher Purpose.
My wish is twofold.
1. For every human to achieve their full potential.
2. For every human to experience the joy of helping someone achieve their full potential.
With leadership stories and lessons from the deserts of the Middle East, the rain forests of Nicaragua, the island of Haiti, the plains of Auburn, and the low country of South Carolina, The Invisible Medal, is now available. Thank you for your support and encouragement! https://a.co/d/idqAdE6
What others are saying?
Colonel Chris Richie epitomizes the servant leader. Chris understands and practices a “Mission First; People Always” leadership philosophy, where success is achieved not by the “what” but by the “who.” Chris knows our Country’s most lethal weapon is the person wearing the cloth of our military, and taking care of those serving ensures success on the battlefield and success in life.
Lieutenant General Michael Rocco USMC (Ret)
President, Marines’ Memorial Association & Foundation
Colonel Richie’s vast experience in guiding Marines translates to every leader! He embodies the essence of a great American and exemplifies humility and thoughtfulness in leadership, steadfastly adhering to his values. His inspirational storytelling captivates his audience, leaving them asking for more. Our team found immense value in reflecting on our life and leadership crucibles, promoting a deeper examination of our purpose and priorities in leadership. Through introspection into our personal beliefs and their impact on our leadership styles, I discovered my own non-negotiables and found better ways to support my team.

Senior Vice President, All-in Credit Union
Servant leadership has been written about many times over the years; however, Chris Richie’s book, the Invisible Medal, presents this important topic in a fresh way weaving a tapestry of personal stories, historical anecdotes, and most importantly, focused reflections where the reader can contemplate their personal leadership journey. This is a book that will serve the seasoned leader to those just beginning their leadership experience.
